We accept all insurances but are in network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Multiplan, Optum Health, PHCS, United Health Care. We also accept personal injury protection (PIP) and personal injury (third party) cases, and, of course, cash.
We are accepting new patients. Depending on when you contact us we can typically have you scheduled for a new patient appointment within a matter of days or within 1 week.
Our new patient appointments typically take between 45 minutes and 1 hour. This appointment includes filling out new patient paperwork along with an initial assessment which includes a review of your health history and symptoms along with an examination. Providing the initial examination does not reveal a need for imaging or consultation with another health care professional prior to treatment, new patients will typically be adjusted during their first visit.
In most cases, a referral is NOT needed. In the event that your insurance plan mandates that your primary care doctor make a referral, we are happy to provide the information needed by your primary care doctor’s office to obtain a referral.
An accurate diagnosis leads to an accurate treatment plan. Based on your initial examination the doctor may want diagnostic testing performed. These tests may include x rays, MRI, CT, bone density testing, etc. If diagnostic testing is needed, our staff will coordinate with the imaging center to schedule testing as well as work with your health insurance plan (if needed) to obtain any pre-authorizations that are required.
